This is how political nepotism works: Thomas #Haldenwang as head of the German domestic intelligence service is gone. Now he is running for a mandate in the #Bundestag (German parliament). While a motion to ban the #AfD is already on the table there, the cartel of parties is eagerly awaiting the legacy of the former agency head: a tailor-made expert report for future court proceedings. Haldenwang has always had a difficult relationship with political neutrality, but now he is finally exposing himself as a staunch party-soldier. The Office for the Protection of the Constitution has degenerated into a government protection agency and should be disbanded!
