I wish you and your families and friends a happy new year 2022.
Things are now starting to move. More and more people are going out on the streets for their freedom, putting further pressure on the administration week after week with their peaceful but unyielding protest. This is fabulous and should encourage us all as we look forward to the new year that is now dawning. 2022 will be the year when our resistance will bear fruits and put the false elites and their stooges in politics and the media back in their rightful place. I am already looking forward to it.
But I am also looking forward to being able to report to you - dear friends and fellow campaigners - in a few days about something from the EU Parliament that many would not have thought possible. After a long preliminary work, my efforts and those of my colleagues have now been successful and something great has started rolling... Stay tuned! I will contact you soon...

Dear fellow citizens,
For almost two years now, we have been held hostage by those who despise our freedom, trample on our fundamental rights and have long since made no secret of their totalitarian aspirations. I fight every day against what is looming darkly on the horizon. This is not always easy, because the enemies of free society and the self-determined citizen come up with something new every day.
But those who know me are well aware that I will never give up fighting for you, for our children and our grandchildren. I am deeply grateful to all of you for standing by my side unbreakably with likes, comments, personal messages, emails, letters and phone calls.
Even though compulsory vaccination, collectivization mania and the constant splitting of society by our governments are anything but Christian values, I would still like to wish you a happy Christmas surrounded by your beloved ones from the bottom of my heart. I am glad to be able to do this also on Christmas 2021, since the EU has only recently issued formulation proposals which actually wanted to delete this term, in order to underline with such an insane step against our European and Christian traditions of all things the so highly praised "diversity" in Europe! Therefore, let us celebrate the coming festive days happy and proud of our cultural heritage. We will not let them be taken away from us by the power-hungry fake elites of the Corona administration, nor by the soulless technocrats from Brussels, because our heart beats for freedom, for Christian traditions and values and for our beloved homeland!

Dear Austrians,
We are currently standing at a threshold where our current free basic order is threatening to slip into a dark age. This danger is now palpable. Also in Europe, many governments turn out to be compliant henchmen of the background elites, who exploit the hysteria in the name of Corona, which has long been completely devoid of facts, in order to rebuild entire societies and to transform our polity into something that will still bear the label of a democracy in the end, but will be completely rotten and putrid on the inside.
The introduction of the "European Digital COVID Green Certificate" is nothing else than the attempt to introduce a social credit system according to the Chinese model via the back door of the alleged health protection. The criteria according to which the carrot and stick principle will then be applied can be set completely arbitrarily by the governments. You refuse the compulsory vaccination? You criticize the government? You have a different opinion and you speak it out? The administration has meanwhile branded you as a supposed "unethical social danger"?
Then the doors to the cinema, beer garden, soccer stadium or supermarket will remain closed for you in the future. We will be excluded from any social participation and the pressure will be increased further and further. In the end, there will be forced imprisonment and forced vaccination under police force. Also for those who are still vaccinated today, who will be deceived by half-baked government promises in 6 months time when they are marked as unvaccinated again and will be faced with a lifelong “vaccination subscription”.
Austria has meanwhile become the European experimental laboratory of the global elites to see how far they can go until the situation tips over. The introduction of a general vaccination mandate is nothing more than state-driven mass rape under the false flag of perverted health protection. It is the selling out of all citizens to the shady interests of Big Pharma, the social division, destruction of the polity and the dismantling of the free democratic basic order. It is the seizure of power by the global elites through their stooges in national governments and the editorial offices of the major media houses.
We will not allow ourselves to be further humiliated by those who are ultimately nothing more than mere employees of the people. We recognize exactly which of these ladies and gentlemen have mutated in the meantime from the former representative of the people to the power-hungry kicker of the people.
I understand therefore, if now the voices in Austria increase that it is time to terminate these gentlemen's employment contracts! With immediate effect, without notice and permanently! I also understand that millions of Austrian citizens - vaccinated and unvaccinated - say that they want to take away the power of this emerging system of injustice from now on by denying it their labor power, their purchasing power and any further support.
Because one thing is clear: What happens today in Austria will happen tomorrow in Germany and all other countries in Europe and the world. What we need now is fullest solidarity and maximum cohesion across all social and political boundaries.
Therefore, as a German Member of the European Parliament, I declare: FROM TODAY ON I AM AN AUSTRIAN!

Today I was able to achieve an important success in court against the "European Digital COVID Certificate" (EDCC).
As I already informed you a few days ago, I went to the European Court of Justice (ECJ) with a lawsuit. The background is a tightening of the Corona measures by the President of the EU Parliament, David Sassoli. He had recently decreed that access to the buildings of the EU institutions in Brussels, Strasbourg and Luxembourg would be dependent on the presentation of the "European Digital COVID Certificate" (EDCC) as of November 3rd, 2021. Since then, access was only allowed to vaccinated, recovered and PCR-tested persons in possession of an EDCC. Even the national certificates of other member states were summarily found to be invalid.
Now, in two recent decisions (T-723/21 R and T724/21 R) dated Nov. 15, 2021, the President of the Court of the European Union in Luxembourg has directly reversed these measures. The requirement of an EDCC as a condition for access to the facilities of the EU Parliament is thus no longer permissible. However, this still applies only to the handful of MEPs who, together with me, had filed a lawsuit at the ECJ.
Thus, the court confirms that EU Parliament President David Sassoli cannot restrict access to the Parliament according to his own convenience. I therefore already countered him last week in the plenary hall that he should resign if he does not understand democracy. (Link to the video: https://youtu.be/DBOIMVJ2aUM )
Obviously, many politicians and governments prefer to bend the law instead of finally admitting that they have simply lost their way with the path of action they have taken. Instead they go over to terrorize the citizens ever more heavily and to incite the citizens blatantly against each other.
I will continue to oppose this injustice with all my strength and fight it wherever I can!

Dear fellow citizens,
Starting tomorrow, the so-called "mini" plenary week begins in Brussels. From Wednesday there will be some debates, for which I have registered speeches, and on Thursday the corresponding votes. Monday and Tuesday are scheduled for preparations, with meetings of the parliamentary group and the national delegation.
Following the decision of the President of the Parliament, David Sassoli, to make access conditional on the presentation of the European Digital COVID Certificate (EDCC), I would be barred from exercising my mandate. I can't even go to my office - all this without prior debate and sufficient notice, so that it would not even have been possible to get the most necessary things from my office for backup reasons.
I have already explained in my much-noticed speech [1] why I am not taking part in the play about ever new measures and hurdles on the way to a "new normality".
I have therefore taken legal action and called upon the President of the Parliament to grant me access to the Parliament as well as to my office rooms and not to restrict the exercise of my mandate.
By Monday, 08.11.2021 at 4:00 p.m., I want to be allowed to re-enter the relevant premises.
I will of course keep you informed as to how things will now proceed.

I am sure you have already noticed. My speech at the 2nd Intergroup Press Conference against the COVID 'Digital Green Certificate' gained unprecedented circulation on social media. A single shared clip of my speech alone was viewed over 1.8 million times on the Twitter account @SikhForTruth. On my own Twitter account @AndersonAfDMdEP, I received over 20,000 new followers within 48 hours, and on Facebook, post interactions increased by 8,200 % over the same period. In addition, I received thousands of letters and emails from all over the world, including Brazil, Canada, Israel, Australia and almost all of Europe.
This has not gone unnoticed by the German national TV station ‘ZDF’ and so a camera team of the station visited me yesterday in my hometown Fulda to talk to me about this topic.
I would be pleased if you would switch on the program "heute - in Europa" on ZDF later at 4:00 p.m. to see together what the ZDF editorial team has made of my interview.
